(1) If any member of the committee has a personal interest or interest in relation to any agenda submitted for the decision of the authority, he should not participate in the decision-making process related to such agenda.
(2) If any decision is found to be contrary to sub-rule (1), such decision shall automatically be void and the member participating in such decision process shall be subject to action in accordance with the prevailing law.
